The DVD video "Hidden Secrets of the Contra Elite" is now available. The preview version is approximately 60 minutes long, and the Editor's Cut is approximately 90 minutes long, and it is on 2 disks.

appropriate for dancers who have been to at least 2 or 3 dances,
and know the
basic moves and words of contra dancing. It is
technically
advanced enough for dancers, callers, and organizers
with
decades of experience. Even the editors learned a lot in their
research and production of this video.
The video exposes known and not-so-well-known secrets of timing, spacing, embellishments, giving weight, etiquette, swinging, ergonomic dancing, and more.
The video is fun to watch, enlightening, and in addition to seeing some excellent dancing has some comical relief. Many dancers may see their friends

the
Editor's Cut.
